Happy Islam provides Quran reading, recitations, live Islamic radio, prayer times, Qibla direction, and a private spiritual journal. You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with Islamic etiquette toward sacred content.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Journal entries, bookmarks, and reflections you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to provide the Service to you.

Quranic text, translations, tafsir, and recitations are provided for personal devotional and educational use. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty of scholarly authority; consult qualified scholars for religious rulings.

- No disrespect toward the Quran, Prophets, or sacred content.
- No scraping, reselling, or commercial redistribution of Service content.
- No attempts to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service.

The Service may rely on third parties (e.g., Google sign-in, audio CDNs). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those features.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of prayer times, translations, or recitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Islam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
